Emily Garland is an award-winning beauty professional based in Johnson City, Tennessee, with over eight years of experience in the beauty industry. Recognized for her artistry and expertise, Emily was named Best Makeup Artist in the Johnson City Press Best of the Best Awards for 2025, with her bridal hair and makeup work featured in both People magazine and Southern Living. With a diverse background spanning hairstyling, makeup artistry, esthetics, hair extensions, and professional education, Emily offers a comprehensive range of beauty services tailored to each client. She specializes in bridal beauty, special-event makeup, blonding, lived-in color techniques, DreamCatchers Hair Extensions, and men’s cuts. Emily’s expertise extends beyond the salon, with extensive experience providing hair, makeup, and styling services for pageant contestants at both the state and national levels. She has instructed makeup application classes for Miss Tennessee contestants and shared her professional knowledge through instructional demonstrations on Daytime Tri-Cities. Additionally, she collaborates with local photographers on commercial photoshoots, bringing creative vision and technical precision to each project. CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Emily Garland at 4234318202 at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Day of appointment, it will only be held for 15 minutes before assumed to be a no call/no show. If proper notice is not given we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of your originally scheduled service. If any changes or corrections are needed to be made after your original service, you have 2 weeks to contact and come back in and have them resolved. After 2 weeks from the original service date, we reserve the right to deny additional service or correction. We do not provide refunds except in cases of extenuating circumstance. *ALL PAID DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE, THEY CAN BE TRANSFERRED BUT NOT RETURNED
